Terms of Service

By creating a GoClixy account or using the GoClixy platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using GoClixy on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.

You may use GoClixy to manage your legitimate business operations including billing, inventory, HR, and other permitted activities. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indian law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorised access to other tenants' data.
• Resell or white-label GoClixy without an Enterprise license agreement.
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the service.

All business data you enter into GoClixy remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your invoices, inventory, HR records, or any other business data. You grant GoClixy a limited license to store and process this data solely to provide the Service to you.

GoClixy is offered on a subscription basis. Free plan users can use the platform indefinitely at no charge with feature limitations. Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

GoClixy targets 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control (ISP issues, third-party API failures, force majeure events).

GoClixy's liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of business data if you have not enabled backups.

You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days before deletion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
