When you sign up for GoClixy, we collect:

• Account information: Business name, owner name, mobile number, city, and industry.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve our service.
• Business data: Invoices, inventory, HR records, and other data you enter into GoClixy. This data belongs entirely to you.

• To create and manage your GoClixy account and tenant.
• To send you account-related SMS via MSG91 (welcome message, OTP).
• To provide customer support and respond to inquiries.
• To improve our platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.
• We never sell your personal data or business data to third parties.

GoClixy is a multi-tenant SaaS. Your data is:

• Tenant-isolated: Strictly separated from other businesses at the database level.
• Encrypted at rest: All data is encrypted on our storage infrastructure.
• Backed up daily: Automatic daily backups with 30-day retention.
• Access-controlled: Only authorised GoClixy engineers can access production data, and only when required for support or maintenance.

We use strictly necessary cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics (if enabled by you) uses privacy-friendly tools like Plausible or Google Analytics with IP anonymisation.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion to allow account recovery. You can request immediate deletion by contacting us.

You have the right to:

• Export your business data at any time from your GoClixy dashboard.
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
• Correct any inaccurate account information.
