Our Commitment

GoClixy offers a free plan so you can evaluate the platform thoroughly before subscribing. Because of this, we maintain a strict but fair refund policy for paid plans.

14-Day Refund Window

If you upgrade to a paid plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. To request a refund, email hello@goclixy.com with your account mobile number and reason.

No Refunds After 14 Days

After the 14-day window, subscription payments are non-refundable. However, you can cancel at any time to prevent future charges, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Exceptions

  • If GoClixy experiences a major outage (>24 hours in a month) and fails to deliver the service, we will issue a prorated credit.
  • Accidental duplicate charges are always refunded.
  • Enterprise plan refunds are governed by the individual enterprise agreement.

How to Request

Email hello@goclixy.com with subject "Refund Request" and include your registered mobile number. We process refunds within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
