Do I need to configure anything?
No. We pre-configure the printer with your GoClixy account before shipping. You plug it in and it works immediately.
Which printers are compatible?
Any standard 80mm thermal printer works with GoClixy. We supply Xprinter, TVS, and Epson models.
Do you ship across India?
Yes. We ship hardware across India. For international orders, contact us directly.
What if the hardware has a problem?
We provide a replacement warranty on all hardware we supply. Contact support via WhatsApp or email.
Can I use my own existing printer?
Yes. Any 80mm Bluetooth or USB thermal printer works with GoClixy. You do not need to buy from us.
